The short version

This site has no accounts and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, your email, or any personal details to use the converter. We do not sell personal data.

What happens when you convert a video

When you paste a link, our server receives the video URL and the format you picked. The server creates the file, holds it briefly so you can download it, and then deletes it. Converted files are not kept, not indexed, and not shared.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our server keeps short technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit, and the pages requested). These logs are used to keep the service running, stop abuse, and fix errors. They are not used to build profiles of visitors.

Cookies

The converter itself does not need cookies to work. Advertising partners may set cookies or use similar technology to show and measure ads, as described below. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the converter will still work.

Advertising

This site is free and is supported by ads. Third party ad networks (such as Adsterra or Monetag, depending on what is active) may collect data under their own privacy policies, including cookie identifiers and approximate location from your IP address, to serve and measure ads. We do not control those networks and we do not receive your personal data from them.

Third party links and content

Videos are fetched from YouTube at your request. YouTube and Google have their own privacy policies, which apply to their services. This site is not affiliated with YouTube or Google LLC.

Children

This site is a general purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
