Our position on copyright
YouTubeToMP3 respects the rights of creators and copyright owners. This site does not host, store, or distribute any video or audio files. Conversions happen one at a time, on demand, on our server, and the resulting file is delivered only to the person who requested it and deleted soon after.
If you are a copyright owner
If you believe this service is being used in a way that infringes your rights, tell us and we will act. Because no content is hosted here, the practical remedies are blocking the specific video from being converted on this site and removing any page or link under our control that points to infringing use.
How to send a takedown notice
Email hello@youtubetomp3.space with:
- Your full name and how you can be reached.
- A link to the work you own, or a clear description of it.
- The exact YouTube video URL or URLs involved.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is fine).
What happens next
Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Where a notice is complete, the listed videos are blocked from conversion and any material under our control is removed. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing details.
Counter notices
If you believe your video was blocked by mistake, email the same address with your details and a short explanation, and we will review it.
Repeat abuse
We may block access for users who repeatedly use the tool for infringing purposes.
